our weaknesses and areas of growth opportunity, you must be clear on
where you need to
improve in order to improve. You likely know some of these weaknesses already,
but it's important to know how your boss and decision-makers in your
organization view them and where they want you to grow.
Action Steps:Make a list of your perceived
weaknesses in your job. Ask your boss where he believes you need to improve.
What are some specific actions you can take in these areas to become better?
Write them down and create an action calendar for implementing them.
